Minimal, rustic simplicity
This is a erfurbishment and interior design of a late-Victorian house located in a quiet street of Belsize Park in the London Borough of Camden.
Due to it's listed facade, we decided to retain some internal features such as original moulding in keeping with the period outlook. The structure of the house was intervened minimally. The only areas that were expanded were for entertainment such as kitchen and dining room. We replaced the upstair floors with wide oak boards nd rush matting. We design a few bespoke items such as beds, desks, tables, chairs, cupboards and display cabinets for the client's collection of china.
